(SORRY, FOR SOME REASON THE PICTURES WENT IN BACKWARDS ORDER, SO YOU GET TO SEE THIS BACKWARDS.)
Above: My sweet dad, or "Papa" as we call him, taking it easy after dyeing eggs. He just had knee replacement surgery and is amazing everyone with how well he is doing.
Sadie was in absolute heaven coloring eggs. She couldn't get the eggs quick enough and couldn't color them with more dye! Needless to say, she was very unhappy when we had to clean up after we ran out of eggs.
I love that ALL of Cayden's eggs are either blue, green, or turquoise. He is a boy with a theme in mind and it is ALL boy!!
McKell's beautifully colored eggs
Ashlee's beautiful eggs. (Note Ashlee's smile - her teeth look a little strange these days. She is currently sporting a "rapid expander" in her mouth. We crank it every night and it expands her bite little by little which makes room for her teeth to come in. She has been a trooper and we are hoping to not have to get braces on her.)
McKell's "Easter Socks". She got some green egg dye spilled on her socks. At first she was upset, but then realized that she now had a new pair of Easter Egg socks. Unfortunately, the dye came out when I washed them, but for one evening, she had a fun pair of socks.
Sadie was very meticulous and made sure her eggs were colored just right. Pretty amazing for a 2 year old.
Cayden's favorite thing is to write words and sayings, mostly "BYU" on his eggs with white crayon before dyeing them.
Jaxson was a little too young to help dye eggs, so instead he hung out in the living room with "Papa".
My little McKelly is quite a poser. I love that girl!!
All ready to dye eggs.
